I just love how different the two of you have been right from the start. Not only are your looks as different from head to toe as they could have been- but your personalities are just about polor opposites!
Ben- you have been in no rush from the moment you arrived, one week late and many hours later. You wanted to come into this world on your own schedule, just like you do everything else in life. You are happy to sit back and take in the world. You have a good sense of humor and a great laugh. You are pretty happy to entertain yourself, as long as you know we didn't forget you are there-coming back for a hug.
...I love that you start off every morning by handing me every one of your 'friends' one by one for a good morning kiss- and that I have to carry them all downstairs, and you, together.
...I love that you love to spin in circles... 'whoa whoa whoa!'
...I love that you think if you just keep counting to three it will get you whatever you want.

Luke, you are always in a rush, nothing is fast enough for you. You couldn't wait to make yourself known, 6 weeks early. You still want to do so much more than you can at this moment. You are determined. And you don't like to be put down for more than a moment, unless of course we are sitting next to you or in front of you playing with you. You need to be seen and heard.
...I love it when you get so mad you actually shake when we don't do what you want fast enough.
...I love that you are always so happy, I adore your smile.
...I love that you need your blankie in your hands the minute you hit your mattress or you can't sleep, and that you will suck on the end of it like it's a binkie.
